Direct Leisure Repairs Ltd became Coachman Caravan Approved Service Agents for Warranty Work from the day we became Approved Workshop Scheme members back in 2011, after being 13 years time served in the most popular city of caravan and motorhome manufacturers, Hull.

We can carry out almost every repair whilst the caravan or motorhome is on your own property or storage place, however we do have workshop facilities should we need to carry out any water ingress / damp repairs.

We ask for the following details in order for us to process a claim for and Coachman Caravan Warranty. Without this information we are unable to process any warranty claims. Please remember its in our interest to repair your caravan.
- Make / Model
- Original Date of purchase
- Serial Number (usually found on the of the windows, etched in blue dot lettering and numbers)
- All of the annual service dates including report sheets including Damp Reports
- A detailed description of the faults, Photo will help us to to identify any parts needed towards the process of your claim.
Please be aware the NO work will be carried until the claim has been authorised, parts received and until we have confirmed a date for the repairs to be carried out.
Coachman do aim to get all parts delivered to us within 3 Working Weeks, However some parts may take longer due to higher demand of Caravan and Motorhome manufacturers.

Coachman 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
For the 2015 model year, all Coachman caravans carry a five-year manufacturer’s warranty. The Coachman warranty does require that a full annual service be carried out by an authorised service centre. This service must be carried out within ninety days either side of the anniversary of the purchase date for interim years but before the anniversary date of the fifth and sixth year, in accordance with the National Caravan Council’s recommendations as detailed in the Warranty and Service Handbook. Appliances carry their manufacturer’s warranty, the minimum of which is three years.
Coachman 6-Year Manufacturer’s Water Ingress and Delamination Guarantee
We at Coachman recognise that, while over recent years we, together with our sealant suppliers, have made tremendous developments in sealants and sealing techniques and are extremely confident in our product resisting water ingress, it is water ingress above all other problems which remains the main worry and concern for potential and existing retail customers.
Therefore, on every new Coachman caravan sold, we make a comprehensive six years worry-free water ingress offer:
Water ingress between one and five years – All labour and parts covered by the Coachman Extended Warranty Scheme provided there is a full service history. (Proof of service and a full damp report must be supplied with any claim).
Water ingress between five and six years – Coachman will pay the total labour cost and supply parts free of charge provided there is a full service history and the fifth service was carried out before the anniversary date on the final year of the five-year warranty. (Proof of service and a full damp report must be supplied with any claim.)
When a customer part exchanges a Coachman caravan at a Coachman dealership and water ingress is detected at the time of the part exchange, Coachman confirms they will pay the dealer the total of the agreed cost of any repair undertaken to rectify the water ingress provided:
It is being exchanged for a new Coachman caravan.
There is full documentary evidence that the caravan has been serviced annually.
The caravan is less than six years old.
Coachman First Owner 10-Year Water Ingress Guarantee
For 2015 model year caravans onwards, for the first owner, Coachman makes a ten years worry-free water ingress offer:
Water ingress between new and five years – all labour and parts covered by the Coachman five-year warranty provided there is a full service history.
Water ingress between five and ten years – Coachman will pay the total labour costs and supply parts free of charge provided there is a full service history and the fifth and tenth service were carried out before the anniversary date on final year of the five-year warranty and the final year of this offer.
As with the Coachman five-year warranty, all water ingress offers are subject to the conditions, terms and exclusions in the Warranty and Service Manual.
