We will have a range of services available and offer throughout the weekend.
Should you require a Habitation Check carried out to your Motorhome please call us well in advance to ensure we can save a slot for you. Our services comply with your manufacturers warranty and are at a fraction of the cost of your main dealer price.
Our Habitation Check is Price at £180 fully Inclusive and includes a full damp report.
We will be showing with our New Sister Company We Fit Leisure Ltd and offering a fully approved fitting service of Solar Panels, Satellites, Fiamma Awning and Carry Bikes throughout the whole weekend.

Show Information
After a record 2015, the Southern Motorhome Show will once again be held at Newbury Showground on 20-22nd May 2016.
Visitors can look forward to browsing over 200 exhibitors, a line-up of sixties evening entertainment, plus daytime activities such as Bingo, a Dog Show and a sixties quiz. Saturday evening will see headline acts The Pacemakers, The Merseybeats, and the Tremeloes take to the main stage.

Camping Information
If you’re planning to visit us during the weekend, we have to put together a handy A-Z to help you.
AWNINGS
Awnings are permitted as long as they within your pitch allocation. (10x8metres)
CATERING FACILITIES
There will be a variety of food outlets situated around the Exhibition Area.
CASH POINTS
Unfortunately there aren’t any cash machines on-site.
CAMPING AREAS
Camping fields open 10am Thursday and close 12 noon Monday. If you wish to camp with friends/relatives, all vehicles must arrive together. The campers arrival gate will close at 9pm Thursday and Friday subject to weather conditions.
We have several camping areas available:
-Pre-booked disabled
If you are a holder of a blue badge, then you can stay in the Disabled Area which will be situated nearer the Exhibition Area. You will need your blue badge on display and please be aware that the badges will be inspected on arrival at the Show.
-Pre-booked general
Our general area is open to all pre-booked campers. There is a separate non-booked general area.
-Clubs
If your club is hosting a rally at this show, you may be able to camp with them (space allowing). Pitches in club areas must be pre-booked. Click here to see if your club is rallying.
-Non-booked campers
Non-booked campers can stay in either the non-booked general or non-booked disabled area (please note there is limited space in both areas and blue badges will be inspected upon arrival).
DOGS
Dogs are welcome in the rally and exhibition area as long as they are kept on a lead and under control. Dogs are not allowed in the entertainment venues.
ELECTRIC
There are no electric hook-ups available at this show.
ENGINEER
If you have a problem with your vehicle whilst at the show, please visit the information office who will be able to help you.
ENTERTAINMENT
Entry to the evening entertainment is on a first come basis. Should any of the free entertainment venues become full; a one-in, one-out policy will be operated.
Entry to Saturday evening’s main show is by separate ticket only. Tickets are subject to availability and can be purchased at the time of booking or from the information office. An alternative free show is available on Saturday evening. Evening entertainment is only open to campers staying on-site.
FIRST AID
Arley Medical Services will be on site for the duration of the Show. If you require first aid please contact the medical centre as shown on the site plan in the official showguide or contact a member of staff who will call them for you.
GENERATORS
Generators can be used only between 8am-10pm and ideally only for two hours at a time. We would ask all campers to be considerate of their neighbours when it comes to using a generator.
INFORMATION OFFICE
The location of the information office is shown on your site plan in the showguide. Opening hours are:
Thursday – 13.00 – 17.00
Friday – 9.00 – 17.00
Saturday – 9.00 – 17.00
Sunday – 9.00 – 16.30
MEDICATION
If you or any of your party requires medication, please ensure that you bring this with you.
MOBILITY
During the show, mobility scooters may be charged free of charge on a first come, first served basis, check your showguide for location. Scooters are also available to hire.
PHOTOGRAPHY
It is a condition on entry that you may be photographed for use in publicity or for safety and security reasons.
PRIVATE SALES
It is a condition of entry that private sales are prohibited in camping fields.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking including E-cigarettes is not permitted in any buildings or marquees.
SHOW OPENING HOURS
Exhibition Area:
• Friday 9.30am-5.00pm
• Saturday 9.30am-5.00pm
• Sunday 9.30am-4.30pm
SHOWGUIDE
All visitors will receive a FREE showguide on admission, containing information on exhibitors, entertainment and full site plans.
TICKETS
Once you have made your booking, your tickets will be posted out to you. (If you are travelling you can ask for your tickets to be left at the gate). Please make sure your tickets are correct upon receipt and bring them with you to the show. On arrival at the show you will need to display your ticket in the windscreen and you will be given wristbands which you will need to wear for the duration of the show. Please note if you have ordered entertainment tickets, these will need to be collected from the information office.
TOILETS/SHOWERS/ELSAN POINTS
Facilities are available on site.

WATER
Water will be available on site but we do suggest that you bring some with you as due to the volume of vans arriving on site, water pressure can vary.
